Project Start & Details

Work begins once the project has been approved and the required initial payment has been received based on the agreed features and deliverables.

A 20% initial payment is required before development or project work begins. This payment allows Entity to allocate resources, begin project planning, and commence the agreed work.

Project Cost & Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is:

20%Initial Payment
Paid before work begins.
40%Development Milestone
Paid when the project reaches the agreed development milestone.
40%Final Payment
Paid before final delivery, production deployment, transfer of final files, or project handover.

Payment schedules may be adjusted for specific projects where an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Maintenance and Support (Free First Month)

Following completion and delivery of the project, Entity provides one (1) month of complimentary maintenance and technical support.

  • Bug fixes related to the agreed system
  • Technical support & troubleshooting
  • System monitoring & security updates
  • General maintenance & performance monitoring

After the free first month, monthly maintenance continues at the agreed monthly rate payable in advance.

Project Scope & Additional Work

All work is based on agreed project requirements. Additional requests outside original scope will be communicated with cost and timeline estimates before proceeding.

  • New features, pages, or modules
  • Major design or functionality changes
  • New third-party integrations or external systems

Client Responsibilities & Materials

To ensure timely project delivery, clients provide business info, content, brand assets, credentials, and API access.

Delays in providing required information or feedback may affect the project timeline.

Project Timelines

Entity makes reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timelines, subject to client feedback, payments, and third-party services.

Approvals, Revisions & Payment Delays

Clients review designs and features during development. If a scheduled payment is delayed, work may be temporarily paused.

Final Delivery & Handover

Final project deployment, handover, and transfer of project deliverables occur upon full payment of the total project cost.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Upon full payment, the client owns final project deliverables specifically developed for them. Pre-existing code frameworks remain Entity property. Confidential business info is strictly protected.

The full downloadable contract includes formal signature blocks for Entity and Client, along with a structured Payment Summary table.
